Terms and Conditions for redeem gifts
- General customers who purchase designated product models from retailers authorized by CME Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CME HK”) during the designated promotion period will become eligible customers.
- Eligible customers (hereinafter referred to as “customers”) must register online within 14 days of purchase.
- If the customer fails to complete the registration within the designated registration period, it shall be deemed that the customer has voluntarily waived the right to redeem the relevant promotional gifts.
- The person who registrants for the redemption offer must be the customer who purchased the Rode product. Otherwise, their eligibility for the discount redemption will be cancelled.
- After completing the registration and verifying the information, customers will receive an email notification of the gift redemption reference number and the confirmed gift redemption date for identification and verification purposes when redeeming gifts in the future.
- After completing the registration, customers must bring along the following supporting documents in person to the designated gift redemption center during the designated gift redemption period to redeem the relevant gifts. Any incomplete, altered or incomplete supporting documents will not be accepted:
- Original purchase invoice and electronic payment receipt with purchase date in compliance with relevant promotion period and redemption terms, handwritten receipts are not accepted.
- Gift collection confirmation email or WhatsApp message
- If the registered customer fails to personally bring along the valid supporting documents listed in Article 6 above to the designated gift redemption center to collect the relevant gift within the designated gift redemption period, Customers may also authorize others to handle the gift redemption procedures on their behalf, all authorized persons must have the valid supporting documents for the promotional gift redemption listed in Article 6 above.
- All valid gift redemption documents can only be used to redeem one gift.
- If the customer who has completed the registration fails to bring valid supporting documents to the designated gift redemption center to collect the relevant gift within the designated gift redemption period, it shall be deemed that the customer has voluntarily waived the right to collect the relevant gift.
- Gifts are limited in quantity and available while stocks last. If the promotional gift is out of stock, CMEHK reserves the right to replace it with a gift of similar value.
- All gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- CMEHK reserves the right to make final decisions on the terms and conditions of the gifts, promotions and related activities at any time. Any changes to the above terms will be announced on the CMEHK website without separate notification to customers.
- CMEHK reserves the right of final arbitration without prior notice regarding relevant gift regulations, redemption details and other disputes.
- The personal information provided by customers will be kept strictly confidential.
Customers must provide the following information for registration:
- Customer name (Must match the ID document)
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Purchase date
- Purchase Merchant
- Purchased product
- Product Serial Number
- Invoice and electronic payment receipt
