Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. The warranty card and the reseller’s original invoice must be presented when repair is required, otherwise the customer will be paid the extra handing charge.

2. The warranty card will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for general items, except :

  • A normal charge for the parts if necessary.
  • Replacements and supplied accessories are to be charged at cost.
  • Damage caused by accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper voltage, normal wear & tear, or any unauthorized repair or being tampered with will not be covered.

3. Warranty card will lapse if it is altered without prior approval or the product serial number mismatch.

4. Central Music (HK) Limited reserves all the right to alter and change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

5. The customer agrees and understands that all personal data and documents provided to Central Music are only for Central Music’s use and retention in order to perform maintenance services and implement the terms and conditions under this agreement. The customer confirms that all the personal information and documents provided to Central Music are accurate. If any personal information and documents are updated, mistakes or omissions, the customer can notify them by email to correct them.
